Twave T8
TWave T8 warns of any fault conditions that develop and occur suddenly on the machine, providing early warning so you can avoid production downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
Twave T8 automatically detects machine conditions (in operation, stopped, start-up, high load, low load, etc.) and creates different alarms for each of them, based on parameters and formulas.
With its small size, low power consumption and simplicity, Twave is state-of-the-art and designed to meet the conditions of any industrial environment.
Web Interface
With a web interface, you can access condition monitoring data wherever you are from any device simply by opening your browser.
The desktop layout visualises measurements performed by the module in real time. Historical data stored on the device can also be displayed here. The data you want to see can be fully customised for each user.
Because the system is web-based, it does not require software installation, which also allows multiple users to access the system at the same time.
Alarm log
TWave T8 records every change in alarm and machine status in an alarm log. The alarm log can display both currently active and historical alarms. They can be sorted, acknowledged or deleted by users.
Notifications about alarms are sent to the responsible persons via email.

The Twave T8 API provides easy access to snapshots, FFT spectra, time waveforms, etc. that have been collected and processed by the device. This means that Twave T8 can also be used as a stand-alone device if you have an infrastructure that requires data integrated into it.
At the same time, this also makes it possible to implement machine learning on the device.
