Handheld vibration meters

Predict early machine failures with a handheld vibration meter in your toolbox.

A4900 – VIBRIO M AND EX

UNIQUE, SMALL AND SIMPLE

Our two small handheld vibration meters VIBRIO M and VIBRIO EX are ideal for implementation in daily maintenance and rounds for maintenance personnel. The handheld vibration meter is good for assessing the condition of pumps, motors, fans, compressors, etc.

The vibration sensor is connected to the handheld vibration meter/data collector with a cable, the device is switched on, and you are ready to begin. It also has an expert system that can assist you in identifying faults, such as imbalance, misalignment, looseness, or bearing damage. An IR temperature meter is also built in.

What makes this device unique is that, even though it is a simple device, it comes with software for more advanced vibration analysis. You can set up a fixed route with measurement points in the free software, so all you have to do is follow the instructions shown on the vibration meter's screen. This vibration meter uses batteries, so if it runs out of power, they can be replaced quickly and easily.

NO ADVANCED SETTINGS: You do not need to make any advanced settings on the measuring instrument. We have already done that for you!

A4300 – VA3 PRO

THREE-AXIS VIBRATION SENSOR, BALANCING AND ADVANCED VIBRATION ANALYSIS

VA3 PRO is a professional vibration meter, which does not weigh very much. It is good if you want to be able to perform more advanced vibration measurements, where you can program your measurements yourself.

It can measure three inputs simultaneously, which means you can use a three-axis vibration sensor or three single-axis sensors that measure synchronously. In addition to using a laser tacho to measure revolutions, it also has a built-in stroboscope for speed measurement and an IR temperature sensor.

You can still use it to collect vibration measurements on rounds via a built-in route in the free software. In addition, it also has a recording module, where you can record the raw vibration signal and analyse it later in virtual software, as well as the option to perform in-situ industrial balancing.

The A4300 weighs just 780 grams and can hold power for up to 10 hours.

The standard kit contains the following:

  • 1 X three-axis accelerometer including cable
  • 1 x speedometer including cable
  • 2 x single-axis accelerometer including cable
  • 2 x flat magnets
  • Headphones
  • Software

A4500 – VA5 PRO

HANDHELD 4-CHANNEL VIBRATION METER WITH TOUCH SCREEN

A4500 – VA5 PRO is a handheld vibration meter with a touch screen! It is the latest addition to our product range and the most powerful vibration meter on the market.

It has all the same features as the A4400 model, but you can enjoy a few extra features that have been added to this unit, including:

  • Thermal camera and analysis
  • Camera and gallery for documentation
  • Touch screen

A4404 – SAB

“TO-GO” 4-CHANNEL VIBRATION ANALYSIS DIRECTLY ON YOUR PC

SAB (Signal Analyser Box) is ideal for those who travel and teach, as this box can be carried in your back pocket. It has the same functions as the A4400 model, but requires a USB connection to a PC or tablet, where the virtual unit programme is downloaded, giving you the same screen as on the A4400 on your PC. The SAB is powered via the USB connection and you are only limited by the memory of your computer.

The device is a good compromise for those who want to be able to make longer recordings, but still want the option of taking the device with them to an installation.
