Our technicians travel throughout the Nordic region, providing our customers with vibration measurement services. Vibration measurement allows us to predict early machine faults long before the machine starts to shake, thus avoiding costly production stoppages and unexpected breakdowns. At the same time, significant savings can be achieved as components that are not faulty do not need to be replaced.
With training as a marine engineer and CAT II certified vibration specialist, we ensure that the right skills are brought to the task.

Laser alignment
Vibration measurement and laser alignment go hand in hand, as we can detect alignment errors using vibration measurement, it is important for us that we can also remedy the problem. Poor alignment and misalignment are often the root cause of most machine breakdowns, such as bearing failure, damaged gaskets, shafts and couplings. Studies show that up to 50% of the machine faults investigated were caused by misalignment.

Exercise Amplification Service
We are one of the only companies in Denmark that can visualise and amplify machine vibrations and movements that are invisible to the human eye. This amazing technology allows us to understand the forces and vibrations that affect plants or machines, enabling us to solve problems faster and more efficiently.
This technology has proven to be particularly effective in facilitating communication between our technicians and customers. The possibilities for using this tool are limited only by one's imagination.
In-situ industrial balancing
We offer in-situ balancing of rotating machines and components. Machines with imbalances, for example in fan wheels and blades, reduce the service life of the machine and increase the risk of breakdown. Bearing damage and increased energy consumption are among the consequences caused by imbalance.
We balance both large and small specialised machines within all industries, but we also balance rotor blades and impellers on, for example, blowers and grinders, which may have large and small hammers installed.

We place great importance on providing our customers with the best service. As we are a small company and our vibration measurement product supplier ADASH is also a small family-owned company, you can expect a quick response to your enquiries.
If necessary, it is possible to speak with the person who created the programme or software for the measuring instrument, an option that very few offer. Or perhaps speak with the person who wrote the manual to understand it completely!
Vibration course and training
We offer vibration courses and training that can take place at our premises or yours. We use high-quality, easy-to-understand PowerPoint presentations in both Danish and English, if desired, as well as several programmes and animations.
Our teaching materials are not specific to our own products, but can be tailored to your requirements.
